2013 national knitting technology exchange meeting was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province from July 27 to 28. The conference was sponsored by the knitting Committee of China Textile Engineering Society and organized by Jiangnan University. Gao Yong, vice president and Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation; Yang Shibin, assistant president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China Knitting Industry Association; Li Lingshen, President of China Industrial Textile Industry Association; Zhu Xianmin, vice president of China Textile machinery and Equipment Industry Association; and Gao Weidong, vice president of Jiangnan University, Jiang Gaoming, director of knitting Committee of China Textile Engineering Society, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 510 representatives from industry associations, industrial clusters, national knitting machinery production enterprises, knitting yarn enterprises, warp knitting, weft knitting and sweater enterprises, as well as more than 20 Textile Universities and scientific research institutes attended the meeting.
Gao Yong pointed out in his speech that the knitting industry is playing an increasingly important role in China's textile and garment industry. The fiber processing capacity of the knitting industry has exceeded that of woven, and the knitting products are widely used in almost all fields of human life. At the same time, warp knitted products have been widely used and developed rapidly in recent years, especially in the field of industrial use. However, with the national economy entering the adjustment period, the textile industry and even the knitting industry generally feel that there are orders but low profits, which indicates that the industrial structure adjustment has entered a new stage, and enterprises are more eager for new technology, new materials, new processes and new equipment. It is hoped that the technical exchange meeting will promote the technological progress of enterprises and the structural adjustment of the industry.
Yang Shibin reminded the majority of knitting enterprises that the knitting industry is now at a new historical turning point. On the technical level, it is mainly manifested in five aspects: first, the maturity and application of the new generation of knitting machinery represented by digital equipment provide the possibility to improve the production efficiency; Second, the raw material revolution represented by the R & D and application of high-performance and differential fiber provides more choices for product development; Third, multi-functional and personalized finishing technology provides more powerful vitality for fabrics; Fourth, the enterprise management characterized by the integration of industrialization and industrialization provides a better way for the management mode; Fifthly, the network sales mode characterized by e-commerce has profoundly changed the operation mode of the industry. These five aspects are based on technology and aim at popularization and application. How to apply these technologies to serve the development of the industry is worthy of attention and attention of knitting enterprises.
According to Jiang Gaoming, the purpose of the knitting technology exchange meeting is to discuss the hot spots and difficulties in the knitting technology field through extensive technical information exchange, so as to build a first-class knitting technology exchange platform in China. Since the 1980s, it has been held on a regular basis, with a growing scale and increasing influence.
Lin Guangxing, a well-known expert and vice president of China Knitting Industry Association, Jiang Gaoming, director of knitting Professional Committee of China Textile Engineering Society and professor of Jiangnan University, and Shi Meiwu, a professor level senior engineer of the general rear Quartermaster Equipment Research Institute, respectively focus on 10 topics of knitting technology, innovation and development of knitting technology at home and abroad, with visual masking and The development of the knitted fabric with the function of reflecting infrared ray and unidirectional moisture conduction is analyzed deeply and clearly.
Seventeen representatives from textile universities, knitting machinery enterprises and textile enterprises exchanged views on the technical hot spots in their respective fields.
